Yes, we offer a 120-night 'no-worries' trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress or sofa, you can return it for a full refund, and we will even arrange for a local charity to pick it up.

Sustainability is at our core. We use FSC-certified timber, recycled polyester fabrics, and ensure our foam is CertiPUR-US certified to be free from harmful chemicals and heavy metals.
How do I care for my Koala timber furniture?
We recommend wiping surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners. To prevent warping, keep timber items away from direct sunlight and extreme heat sources.
